Stronger Than Me, by Amy Winehouse, has a jazzy tune and unique lyrics that sound like they were written for those in or wanting to be in a Taken In Hand relationship. While it is uncommon to have a song review on this site, this song is worth recognition by the Taken In Hand community. It portrays the frustrations of a woman craving a Taken In Hand style relationship from a man who is unwilling/unable to lead and the disrespect that often results. At one point she asks "Why'd you always put me in control? All I need is for my man to live up to his role." While I realize that not everyone enjoys this style of music, and others may condemn the artist and her lifestyle, I know that many will relate to the lyrics.
