Now that we have a new host, let's get the site going again. To that end, please submit articles. You can submit them in the comments below, and if accepted, they will be posted as articles. Please be sure to log in before you post, and state your preferred byline (your name to appear at the foot of your post).

Why do you require logging in to post now?

#2 Why it is a good idea to log in before posting an article

We don't -- currently. When we do it is because the site has been being bombarded with spam. When that became a hindrance switching off the ability to post anonymously solved the spam problem. My request for people to log in before posting articles was because otherwise we have no way of communicating with the poster if significant editing is needed, and sometimes people forget to give a name and are then upset when no name appears at the foot of their post.
